THE DEEPEST POOL IN THE WORLD
The deepest pool in the world is located in Italy, with a depth of 40 meters (corresponds to a height of 12 floors underground).
The deepest pool in the world is located in the hotel Terme Millepini, in northern Italy, and was named the pool “and 40”. This pool was inaugurated in May 2014 and has the distinction of being the pool with the greatest depth and one of the largest in terms of capacity since 2.5 million liters of water are necessary to fill it.
This pool was designed by the architect Emanuele Boaretto, who took away the merit of the deepest pool from the already known one “Nemo 33", in Belgium.
The pool has measures that leave no one indifferent, 21 x 18 meters and a depth of 40 meters. In addition, it has multiple platforms at different depths. This pool is always kept between 32 and 34 degrees temperature, which means that divers who use this facility do not need a wetsuit.
So if you want to enjoy a scuba diving experience in a closed place, you can enjoy this wonder all year round, since the hotel opens the facility 365 days a year, in addition to offering different water activities.
